What happens if my package gets returned to AVANTI?

  • If package is undeliverable because of missing, incorrect, or incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other destination information, cost of resending package will be invoiced to customer.
  • In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.

How will I know my information will stay secure?

    How can I exchange a product I received? 
    • We will provide you with a return label which comes with the original shipment. Please complete the return/exchange form, place the items inside the bag, peel off the second adhesive strip to close the bag, and stick the new return label on top of the original one. Then take your package to the appropriate mail center. Avanti will not offer a second free return label.
    How can I receive a refund?
    • Please follow the instructions above and mark "refund" on the return form.
    Can I return a gift?
    • Gifts may be returned for store credit only. Please email with the following:
